We're very lucky in Britain to have not only some Great British lads, but also a diversity of models originally from France, Poland, Brazil, Latvia, Croatia, Spain and Holland - hence the amazing range of stunning guys featured here.

Put these guys to? shame? Plitt and Riches are in great shape but so are these dudes. Pretty much same thing except Gregg Plitt probably takes more creatine and much more protein. In fact Plitt said in an interview that he consumes close to 250 grams of protein per day!!

U guys need to ...
U guys need to realize that these individuals here are fitness models and not body builders, except for Roger who's leaning more towards body building i would guess. Fitness Models train, eat healthy, do lots of cardio, and pretty much just drink protein to gain some muscle but also to recover quicker. Protein is vital for? any athlete btw. Also, Zyzz was a body builder who admitted taking steroids which with his already weakened heart condition most likely caused him to die...just sayin.
